Return Policy

Returns

We do not accept returns and all sales are final. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at easyfittoronto@gmail.com with details of your order (your name, order number and product) and the defect.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item(s) you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please contact us at easyfittoronto@gmail.com with details of your order (your name and order number) so we can process your return.

We offer an exchange only policy for all purchases made online. We will exchange any product under the following conditions:

  • Merchandise must be exchanged within 15 days of receipt;

  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed;
