Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer $9.99 flat rate shipping within Canada, and $9.99 USD in the United States. Free shipping is available when spent over $100. We are currently not offering worldwide shipping at this time.

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping times vary based on your location.

In-store Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our location. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are available here. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

We currently do not refund any items at this time, so please make sure you are ordering the correct item and size. If you would like to exchange an item, you can come in-store to make the exchange or receive a store credit. If you would like to order online, we will process your return once you have purchased another item from our store. We do not cover shipping costs for the return.

DUE TO COVID-19, WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES (unless damaged).

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at easyfittoronto@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
